I was wondering where do I get the sarcophagus?

You first have to get Sir Vincent Skullfinder(museum) in your town. The 4th task tells you to make a sarcophagus. Or, you could get Mel (Spooky Uber Sim) and become best friends with him. He will give you the rare blueprint SARCOPHAGUS: MEL. I hope I helped!
