Question for Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2

Can someone tell me how to do a move that most of the character can do. It is like a combo, they heavy hit their opponite sending them flying at short distance through the air, then they instantly teleport to their opponite hitting them higher in the air, and again they teleport hitting their opponite towards the ground, and right before they hit the ground they teleport one more time and hit one more time. Its like a triple instant teleport combo. Can someone help me out with that? THANKS

To do the teleport combo you send them flying and hit B. If this did not work look and your skills and go down to melee combos.
