Go to Evolution Z. Go to the top thingy when there. Go to any character you choose and click on it. There will be 3 boxes. Go to the one that says password.
Now you will see a password. Write it down and go to the data center and enter the password. Then you will have the character with the level 160. You can only use password characters during duels and tournaments. It won't let you in the, I can't remember what it's called, but it's the one that you have rounds and you get ranked, or something like that.
