If you talking about fusing Goku & Vegeta in battle,you have to have Goku & Vegeta,and when you have enough Blast Stock then you can perform it.If you go to the skill list,then scroll to the bottom of the your Characters move list,at the bottom it will show you how to transform into Vegeto just make sure you click the correct buttons to transform into Either Gogeta or Vegeto.
