To get the titles Middle Trainer, Advanced Trainer, Junior Trainer, etc, you must clear curtain colosseums. If you have three or more of the same type of Pokemon a new Trainer Title will be availible. (The Pokemon doesn't have to be just that type.)

Examples: Young Boy with three Ghost types = Spirit Boy
Young Boy with three Dragon types = Dragon Boy
