Can you get balconies on sims 3 wii ?

Yes you are able to get both. You can get a balconie when you first buy your house and chose one with a balcony. Or you migth have to upgarde your house to get one. As for cars go into bulid mode and go to outdoor section. There you can buy a parking spot and a car.
