When I've been playing online (infastructure) I have seen that people would shoot orbital strikes that will have multiple across the screen. Like they'd shoot it once then it will apear all over the field

They are just stupid hackers with no life just to win and be cool. Unless you know how to hack, which I don't know how to do on this game, then you can't do it.
