Go to San Fierro airport and enable the cheat 'Cars Float when hit' then SPAWN a Hydra (triangle triangle square circle x L1 L1 down up) or get a helicopter from the airport, get a car and really gently hit the Jet/Copter, quickly get in and turn on your favourite radio station, go straight up, you will notice that you go higher than normal, keep flying for about 2mins and then jump out, you will notice in a couple of seconds the radio will wierdly play at random. Only for a phew seconds though.
