crushing level

My dad has completed the game in the hard level but it will not let him advance to the crushing level. It will highlight as to let him start but it will not give him any of his weapons, it states disable and the game will not do anything. Could you please let me know how he can continue on into the crushing level. Thank you

Maybe you need the game a diffrint difficuliey or your game is corruped
