God Mode
At which "Screen" or place during the game, can you submit the Cheat codes for
God Mode / Unlimited Health / Infinite Ammunition?
As these Cheat Codes require the player to press the "Start" button, this will Either pause, or re-start the Game?
I have tried to enter this code both during game play and with the game paused,
Neither has been successful.
