Jsut make sure while you're sim is pregant not be wit men with couch potato trate and dislikes kids

To have twins you must try for a baby 10 times

You need to have you pregengt sim eats apples for girls and watermelon for boys. Eat as many as you want to have as many kids as you want.

You can go to the hospital and push get advice that what I did to have triplets and if you want all boys eat apples and for girls eat watermelons

All you do is eat apples for boys (less then 5 or 5) and eat watermelons for girls (less then 5 or more then 5 :D)

You can either use life points to buy the triplet thing. Then you can listenwatch KidzZone or listen to kids. Also you can get pregnancy advice and books. To bend the gender, apples to get boys, watermelon for girls. :-D Hope you have twins!

When your sim is pregnant, go to the super market and buy 10 watermelons for girls or 10 apples for boys. Listen to the kids music on the stereo and get your sim to dance to it. Then watch the kids TV. If you want twin girls then eat 2 watermelons but you must do this at the beginning of the pregnancy. If you want twin boys eat 2 apples, at the beginning of the pregnancy. If you want triplets then do the same thing: Watermelons for girls and apples for boys but eat three to have three babies. If you eat them at the end of the pregnancy, just before she is going to give birth then she will just have a natural pregnancy and it wont work. Hope this helps! Good luck

What you do is:

1. You make the couple that you want to have twins with (you should probably give them the family oriented trait since toddlers are nightmares).

2. Before you try for a baby, you have to go to lifetime rewards and click on it. Get the fertility treatment lifetime award. Do this for both parents.

3. Then you get one of your sims to relax on the bed and invite their partner to cuddle on the bed with them.

4. When they are cuddling, don't try for a baby yet. To get them warmed up, try kissing and making out. Do that until the partner of your sim thinks that your being extremely irresistible.

5. Then try for a baby.

6. After the Woo-Hoo you should here a twinkling sound, if you don't then that means that the female is not pregnant and you have to try again.

7. After you do hear the twinkling sound that means that she is probably pregnant.

8. The next morning your female sim should start throwing up and getting the nauseous moodlet for an unknown cause. (morning sickness) If she does do this then she is almost definitely pregnant.

9. The next day she should get a message saying that she is pregnant and that she has to change into maternity clothes. She will also get a maternity leave for her work (if she has work) for the next four days.
Congrats you are preggers.-- But that is not all!

10. If you want girl babies then you should go to the groceries store and buy 3+ watermelons, and then eat them.
Same thing for boys but instead with apples.

11. After your done that, go to the bookstore and buy both pregnancy books. Go back home and have each parent read both of them.

ITEMS NEEDED FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS:

- a stereo
- a TV 500 $+

12. With your pregnant sim, listen to KIDZONE on the TV and dance and listen to KIDS music on the stereo.

13. When your pregnant sim has back-aches ALWAYS either
- Make the husband massage her

- Get her a massage at the spa.
(I personally request making her husband do it because it increases their relationship, it's FREE and it takes less time.)

13. Make the dad interact with the baby while it's in the womb. For ex: talk to tummy, listen to tummy, feel tummy.

14. Take good care of the pregnant sim, make sure she is always happy and that she doesn't have too many negative moodlets.

15.When the baby's are born there is a good chance that she will have triplets.
