How do you defeat the fat guy in kingpin part 2??

You need to use rage mode with the black Spiderman suit. Keep dodging his attacks and counter attacking until the rage meter fills up. The best move to use is the web ball frenzy move and then the special air ultimate attack. Just keep doing that until you beat him.
In order to beat the "fat guy", you must use the rage mode of the black suited spiderman, just keep dodging his attacks and counter them with yours. I know it gets annoying but you got to verse the "fat guy" twice. The second time you fight him use the same tactic.
