How can I defeat sandman ???/ I can not escape from the cars and things that he keeps on throwing at me . After I sprayed him with water.any ideas ??????????????????????

All you gotta do is this...keep going side ways without stoppin and keep trowing bombs...wen a arm falls off...just go the other way and then vice versa...
