There's a sort of shrine with a roof made of wood, go there and you should find the anemone right in the front part of it

P.S. The mini shrine/temple is right outside the area where you find the kuji shrine

P.P.S. The area is guarded by A LOT of ghosts, so you need to be quick and stealthy.
