So to change your weapon colour on cod black ops 2 first you need to complete the whole game 2 you need to be connected to xbox live. I couldnt connect online to play with other people but if you enter the game and go to your classes and they should be not customized than click on a gun and press Y and change your colour and then if you turn off your internet you can still change your colour(the colour has to be changed while online to save) after that you should be able to change the colour offline aswell btw you can also change the pointer to a smiley face bull etc. Hope this helps
