It isn't possible sorry mate.
When you play on PS3 you can only play against other people online who have a PS3, same goes for Xbox 360. Because they have separate networks for each system so you can't play against someone with a different console.
Xbox 360 has Xbox live and they charge money for it, where as Sony has the Playstation Network, and it is free to go online.
