If you are playing on Zombies or multiplayer when they have Second Chance Pro, you can revive them by running up to them and holding square.

In multi-player you only can save someone with Second Chance Pro Perk and hold down the square button near them, or if you are in Zombies mode you just go near them and hold down the square button.
