You can only change your emblem by buying layers and pictures for them, and the backround of the thing that appears when you get a killstreak or something like that.

Playercards have several areas in which you can personalise.
First is your clan tag.
Second is your Emblem - To customise your Emblem you have to purchase pictures/letters/numbers

You go into playercard when you're in a party. On top, it says edit playercard. Below that, it says change clan tag.
