Bandoller gives you more ammo capacity
Double tap makes your gun have a bigger rate of fire

Bandoiler is a perk that increases you ammunition and double tap increases the rate of fire of any semi-automatic or automatic guns. SO it would work for a M4, G36C, AK, etc. But it would not work for the M16, G3, M14, etc.

Bandoleer: Give extra amo.
Double tap: Shoots two bullets instead of 1 in the same amount of time. This also makes your gun have high recoil though. I would suggest using Stoping power over Double tap.
