Hmmm....there is no "best" gun or "best" perk it's the person that uses the gun is where the skill comes from. Im being serious. Someone can be using a one gun but gets owned by a guy with another gun but that doesnt mean it a better gun than the one you are using. Same goes with the perks. Just play and see what perks and guns go well with you.

Use a Red Dot, silencer don't help out at all in my opinion. Red dots will make your shot much better.

Pay no attention to the answer that has stopping power AND Double tap, both are perk 2 perks. You can only have one from each class of perks lol, the guy must have been confused.
I recommend just testing them all out, some love using the mini-uzi with a silencer, UAV jammer & Ex. Con. I don't see the appeal of the Mini-uzi.
I personally use either the AK-74u(red dot or silencer, depending on the map) RPG, UAV jammer and either steady aim or matyrdom. Any smaller gun/shotgun that you use where you have to be close to your enemy to get the best effect, use matyrdom, if they kill you, most people keep running and end up getting killed by the grenade, works a treat coupled with the shotty.
