pickpocketing throwing knives

Date of Question: May 19 2008 | Question ID: 118282 I need to pickpocket the throwing knives from the thugs, but they need to be glowing like the guards so that I can lock on to them. Only I can't lock on to them because they don't glow. Do I have to do something to be able to pickpocket from them? Is it a bug? It's really pissing me off and I need help.

If you use the eagle vision you should notice that glowing difference about them. You don't need to be able to see that in order to pull off a pick pocket. I asume you have the ability to throw the knives other wise that would be your problem. But from experience just walk up to them like the other pick pocket missions and snatch the knives without him seeing you.

The thugs are fat and big, but you maybe wont be able to steal knife from them if you already have the max number of knifes.
