Tier 1 cars, supercars.
Gold Coast Off-ramp SPRINT, no traffic, fully modified cars + wide body kits etc.
Icon is near the loop, bottom right of screen. 10.4km.
I did a test to see which cars are the fastest, everything was consistent.
I also did a test to find the top speed (where I couldn't accelerate any further).
The only Problem was the Nissan GTR, I think I could've done much better, but I tried and did worse, and I had another go at the Bugatti and took another 4 seconds off for 2.15.
I know someone will probably try this and beat all my times, but oh wells
