In multiplayer, go to Eder Dam, on the Allied side where the flag is, next to the house there will be a motorcycle. Get in and back up slowly. Just make sure you have space between you and the wall. Get out, look around slowly and you fall into the underground. Happened to me once. If it doesn't work the first time do it again.
