There should be a small drain in the middle of the room , the water will go down it stopping the fire from being put out , there should be a vending machine you can pull , put that directly over the drain and the water will have no where to go except to the fire , once it's out you can leave.

When you reach the broken bridge, look to your left and you will see a truck, ifyo u look closely at the truck on the left side there is a crank underneath it.

Turn the crank the car will lift up and roll down the hill and stop at the opp side of the bridge, you can then jump on the truck and jump up onto the bridge.
