1- use the quarter pipes around you to get air and special. Once you have both, land and head towards the stairs. Press L3 and press up, up, x to get a boned ollie or whatever it is called. While in the air press up, square. Done right, you should be able to land on the x and repeat however many times you have to.
2-Where?
3-go to options and cheat then turn them on.

1. Just do a plain old double jump or enter the moon gravity cheat and do the impossible.
2. Were is it.
3. You can play as the skaters until you beat the game.
