How can I turn over the dumpster for that one freak guy fast enough while still doing the flip? I can only do one or the over. Please respond quickly.

Go into focus and as your about to hit the dumpster jump hit the buttons after you're done hitting the buttons you need to leave focus
Try to do press the ollie button twice before starting the up/left flip flip.
