Question for Tony Hawk's American Wasteland

Ok I need help, in the tony alva mission "find tony alvas brother" I have beats 2 parts of it but I don't know how I'm supposed to get to him on the last part without touching the courtyard ground please help

You have to ground and you will find a lot of gaps

If you've done the two parts then all you have to do is grind the art at the start when you're goin down and then there's a bit of a ramp while grinding jump then and you'll land on a railkeep following that while grinding and then you can see the roof in front of you. Jump and land on it. Then slowly move to the rounded side of it and you'll hang off it then press down to drop and there you go you've finished it
