How do you get the green top, I mean when boone says I have to grab the rope and kick to pull it off, well I don't know where to grab the rope so does anyone know how to get it?

Dude it's easy just rapidly tap X and I mean rapidly tap it hard dude then the blue meter will rise then it will come off
