Is there another way or an easy way to beat the level where you have to push those laders off the wall?

Get all of the up grades and push the ladders a fast as posible and which ever ladder has the most orcs (those monsters) go there and kill them.

For an easy way to complete that level don't worry about the orcs, go straight for any ladders that pop up. Use the radar to help you see where the ladders are.
