Alright, I will see if I can help you as I have some tips for you. The first thing you should ask yourself is, is there a safe area before the fountain area where I can tell Ashley to wait so that she will not get hurt? If you are talking about that other fountain area in Salazar's castle where you have to protect Ashley while she turns the two wheels, then I suggest for you to kill everyone coming after you first. Use your Sniper Rifle, and kill around you so that you will not get hit, now shoot everyone coming after Ashley. If you go stand on the end of that platform on the right side where you are guarding Ashley, like where you are going to fall into the water, then you will have a good view of both sides of the bridge and you will see a new enemy whenever they appear. Heal Ashley and yourself beforehand. If you are hurt, use a Herb on Leon. Or, use it on Ashley if you need to. Also, remember Professional mode is really hard, if you want to kill every enemy quickly, then you must aim for their head everytime. Not their arm, leg, or even their chest, you must aim for their head. If you ever kill someone and a giant bug pops out of their head then use a flash grenade, it will kill the plagas instantly.
