It's going to be hard for me to guide you step by step, but I'll give you as much help as I can, it should be pretty easy to locate. You need to get to the upper level of the woods. There should be a wall covered in vines near the back of the woods. Once you get to the upper level, you'll have to cross a plank that leads to the river, cross the river and around the next corner should be the entrance to the cave your sister is in.
