When I was driving around in coal harbor west, I saw a funny looking 35oz-with very bad skills(swerving, sudden stops,spinning out of control)i might add-that was transparent(clear,like glass)except for the spoiler and license plate. Also I could see the person, brake claipers, and window tint. YHas this hapened to anyone else?
PS=i DONT have any cheat systems to mess up the game

No this is absolutely normal in the game. Every now and then you will come aross a car like that where the chassis of the car is gone.
