I have beaten URL #2, and unlocked the Hummer H2. My question is, what must I do to get to URL #3, and what car is unlocked. A full list would be nice, so I know for future events. Also, I am totally sick of people saying "Those cheats don't work, sorry" Because they DO! I have used them, they work fine, you must put them at the title screen. Also: I am using a Nissan 240SX, what car should I get, what should I get for it, and how can I make huge loads of cash really, really fast?

Continue racing is what I would say. If you have something like the Audi TT or Nissan Skyline that might come in handy.

Just race. Oh and don't buy the TT the handling's rubbish and you don't need it. I DID THE GAME IN THE CORSA1.8.

The 2 cars you unlock on underground 2 in URL#3 is the Hyundai Coupe and the Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V and to answer the second part of your question I advise you not to use the 240SX for drags as after you fit it with all level 1 upgrades it gets up to the rev limit to quickly, so if you have either the Toyota Supra or the Mitsubishi Eclipse unlocked, trade in your 240SX for either one of those cars. To make loads of cash really fast you can either use one of the money cheats (which you enter at the title screen) or do outrun races through explore mode, or you can re-run events through your world map in you garage, before the race starts pause it and restart then you will get money and reputation points.
