Have you checked your World Map in your Garage first? It's most likely that you haven't done all the races. Once you find the Uncompleted ones enter them, but before the actual race starts (i.e. The countdown) pause it and then restart. That way you can still get money. Truth be told having any stock cars at the end is kind of pointless. Just as a future tip kind of thing.
Besides you can customize for free in the Main Menu by going to Customization.

I am a master at the game but still I could'nt customize my supra or rx 8. I fully customized my skyline till the last race

You have ended the game thats why there are no races except incomplete and outrun races.
