Ok...Ive beat this game before, but I'm about 48% into it, and theres no races around.. What do I do..?

Go back to your Garage and then go to World Map. Go through the lists of races throughout the 5 stages and race the Uncompleted ones. When you do enter the race, restart it straight away so that when you finish you will still get the winner's bank and credit.

After ending the game you recieve a congratulations message if you recieved that after that there are no more races on the map
