Question for Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks

Hi,
Can anybody help me to find all of the platform moves? I have already got the fist of ruin, wall climb, wall run and long jump.
If anybody could tell me where to find the other platform moves I would really appreciate that.

Long Jump - Beat Oni Warlord
Fist of Ruin - Beat Jade and Millina
Wall Climb - Beat Reptile
Wall Run - Beat Baraka, go through the portal and smash the statue
Wall Jump - In Baraka's Lair after you have Wall Run
Double Jump - Beat Goro
Swing - Get through the Dead Pool
