how can i escape inside the cell of groznyl grad?

Hi game addicts! Will someone can give me a tip on how I can get out inside the groznyl grad cell? I already tried throwing all the food stuff outside the cell, hide under the bed, pointing the gun to J (the guard)& using cigarrette type sleeping gas. Nid your help dudz....

Remember the cutscene that show the torture and all, when the boss comes to Snake in the game trying to shoot him by the leg aka (the shot was the fake death pill) make sure you hold the R1 button to see the Sorrow giving you the codec jailbreak while the boss is whispering to Snake to run. But remember when you are with the guard, throw some of the food three times and he will give you the Cigar Gas-Spray with the cutscene of course. After that, shoot the gas-spray to make him sleep and put on the code 144.75 and get some ammo from him when you got the fork first when you were inside the cell and kill him with the fork really fast.

To make it any easier, all you need to do is go to the survival viewer and pick out the fake death pill and use it. The guard will come in and inspect your body. Then press L2 and use the revival pill, AND KICK SOME GUARD BUTT!!!

You can either throw up, then beat him up.
You can play dead.
You can call the frequency to unlock the door.
