Once the battle starts,walk down the river. He will make everyone you ever killed attack you. Just shoot them with the SAA (Single Action Army Revolver) once and they will stop. Walk past them and continue down the river. You cannot damage The Sorrow, so don't waste your ammo. Eventually you will find a skeleton floating in the river. That is The Sorrow's skeleton. Walk into it. Snake will appear as if though he is dead. It's actually just a trick. Use a rivival pill. You're now done with The Sorrow. You get his camo, which prevents all step noise. However, I found that it doesn't have a good camo rating anywhere. Lol

When you reach the sorrow all you have to do is walk forward (try to dodge The Sorrows attacks and the ghosts) untill The Sorrow is standing on the skeleton, walk into the skeleton and then Snake will die, when he dies hold down R2 then go through the list and use the revival pill.

Take note, before head to the end of the river, don't forget to equip 'revival pill'. Now lets go to the action,dont kill any ghost, just head to the end of the river,when sorrow touch you, your life will fall, when youre dieing , old L2 and wait in the screen that says 'continue - quit ' , will appear your equipment list and choose 'revival pill'. . .have fun ;)
