To make Snake throw up go into the survival viewer and spin Snake around for a few seconds then when you exit the survival viewer he will throw up. This will drain a lot of him stamina though.

Here is how you can make Snake(rhyming) throw all his guts up. Press Start to bring up the pause menu, and click on the Survival Viewer Guide. Now, press the R1 button so that it shows Snake's Skeleton body. Holding that there, spin him around really fast for 5, maybe 6 seconds. Press Start to resume the game, and after you try to move, he should throw up.

U.S.S Enterprise

Go to the survival veiwer and press R1 then spin Snake around 10 times after you have done that exit the survival veiwer and he should throw up after a couple of seconds.
