First, complete the superkit model. Then, go into the question mark door. And finally, complete the level in the room.

Like " deleted " said you have to get into the question mark door and complete that level then go back to dexters diner and go to the place where you can buy characters and you can buy Princess Liea and a Rebel trooper.
