To unlock Darth Vader, you simply have to complete the bonus level, Episode IV. After you beat the bonus level, you can unlock him, and also purchase a rebel soldier and Princess Leah.

There is only one way to unlock him and that is to complete all three episodes which unlocks the "?" door in Dexter's Diner and to complete the level in there.

To unlock Darth Vader...you must play the bonus level....the door with the ?. You are wondering...how do I unlock the bonus level? Easy, get all of the Minikits and all of the super pieces, or fill the Stud meter in every level.
