tall building city

I need help with something about a city with tal buildings.
It shows on the case a picture of rico on a motorcycle and you can see large tall buildings in a city just like seattle. Um I also saw when people put videos of stunts on the game they were at a city jumping of tall buildings- (looks like tall hotel buildings or bussinnes buildings) any way I need help finding the city that has tall buildings. So if any one knows how to get there plaease say so.

Well basicly the city bits look like a grid on the map with the roads around the buildings.
