Ok so I'm 85% through the game
 I'm at the part where Jak is in the weapons factory
 (I think thats where it is anyways)
 Im at the part where there are those three things
 Where the metal dudes come out that are balls
 Until you hit them 3 times come out
 I can't make the door on the other side of the room open.
 I've tried like a billion different things like a billion times
 So please tell me soon because it's kinda driving me insane

If you killed all the UB86 robots then door should open. Walk up to the out ports where the robots come out, even stand under them to make sure their is no more.
Then if their is more run to the barrels one the side wall and stand on them. You don't get a real good veiw but you can shoot them from their and they can't reach you.

Use the scatter gun and hide across the platform if you're at the first 1. Wen they come near, jump and shoot. If you're at the 2nd 1, then jump onto sum crates where you entered that platform and, once again use the scatter gun (but don't jump) wen you beat them all, shoot or strike the switch to rverse the conveyor belt.
