Just do the extra missions and challenges marked on your map with a skull and hammer. There's also some hidden in secret places, so look carefully.

Do the extra missions and go back to diffrent worlds and look for the eggs. Or look up locations of all precurssor orbs for jak 2 and it will tell you the exact locations of the orbs and how to get them.
