You have to take it to where it goes. If you take it to where it goes and it doesn't come off, drive around the area. If it still doesn't work, destroy your vehicle and get a new one. If that doesn't work, then something is wrong with the game and it's a glitch.

You have to take to the yellow beam and once you get there go inside the yellow beam. If it doesn't work get a new vehicle
