Oh yes, I remember this mission quite well. It probably will take you more than a few tries before you actually complete the mission so do not worry if you do not beat it after a while. The thing is for you to keep trying, and not give up on the mission. Alright, there are two things that are very important for you to do, but can be hard as well. You need to cut corners when you turn, make a low turn, not some big, wide turn. When you make a full turn it can take at least Ten seconds before you are actually done turning, if you cut corners and go low, then you can actually finish turning around Three seconds. Another important thing is to avoid hitting the Baron's guards at all cost. I know that the hoverboard can be hard to control, but you must not hit them, this will ruin your mission.
