Rescue Sig in Underport

Hi all... Im a bit stuck..I am trying to move the second block where you have only 5 seconds and can't figure out where or how to do this. I know that you have to hit it but it moves so close to the edge taht I can't get behind it. Any suggestions??

You have to jump off and spin back where the bloke is hiting it and going back on at the same time
