Roughly where they all are
Naughty ottesel is at the docks of heaven city
Underground resistance is usually in the farthiest left corner of heaven slums
Sewers is in the midsection beteen slum and docks youll see a slide leading to the etrance can't miss it
Palace is on left road past naughty ottsel it's biggest building

On the back of your games case cover there is a secret map that tells you where stuff is. Just look on the back of the cover. :)
