Ok this Is actually in the top 10 Hardest missions(i mean the 5 crusiers mission)
Anyways,these are gtthe preparation steps:

1)Stock up on Vulcan Fury ammo
2)Stock up on Blaster ammo
3)make sure you are at full health when starting

NOTE:THIS IS EXTREMELY HARD!So be patient!And,don't forget to use the thick large cars!

Well,first you have to track it.When you do,SLOWLY go behind it (they wont shoot until they notice you and sneaking is a great way to sneak up on it).Then Make Daxter take out the vulcan fury wait a bit (like 3 seconds), then you shoot like mad!But, make sure that you are aiming properly(just ignore the guns).Great!You shot your first guy,4 to go,but wait!Your under siege bby the guards!Well,now you have two choices:1)You can go go ahead and TRY to kill the other ones or 2)Hide until the alarms are off.Which one seems better?I suggest #2- hiding 'till the alarms go off is the best choice.That way you don't have to worry aout getting blown up nby the guards.Keep doing this,but every new cruiser requires a new thick fat car.
