After the room with the dark eco pool,take the path to right to an area with platform that light up when you stand on them. Head to the far left and jump on to the closest platform. Go to the platform closest to you to the direction of the door, then up, then right, then the one the opposite direction of the door, then right, then the unlit one to the left. Keep going left, jumping on the next two unlit platforms. Then keep jumping on hte unlit blocks till you get to the last one that leads to the door to the power cell.
